MARKETING MANAGER:
General Purpose
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, graphics and promotional activities of the organization.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all marketing, graphics and promotional staff and activities
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Determine and manage the marketing budget
Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
Develop pricing strategy
Liaison with media and advertising
Education and Experience
Strong lighting background a must
Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
Technical marketing skills
Proven experience in customer and market research
College degree and a minimum of 5 work years experience.
Proven track record of building innovative, creative and effective marketing plans
Demonstrated experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing campaigns,
including paid advertising, email, social media and SEO marketing campaigns.
Experience in managing a marketing budget and delivering traffic metrics to goals
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
