Product Warranty Registration

You only need to register your warranty if you have purchased a product from MaxLite that has a limited 10-Year Warranty AND you wish to receive up to $25/defective unit for replacement and installation labor credit. See Warranty Terms and Conditions for specifics. However, you may still register your warranty to provide some of the information now that would be required to initiate a claim at a later date.

Registration is also required for any additional warranty services that have been purchased, e.g. upgrading a 5-year warranty into a 10-year warranty, and/or purchasing additional labor coverage beyond the standard $25/defective unit.

Upon completion, copies of the filled-out Product Warranty Registration are automatically emailed to the Key Contact listed on the form.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Introduction:

This product warranty (the “Warranty”) covers each of MaxLite’s LED lighting fixtures, lamps, and controls (the “Product(s)”) that are purchased while the Warranty is in effect, for a specified period of time (the “Warranty Period”) from the earlier of the actual installation date or 90 days after the original date of purchase from a MaxLite authorized distributor/dealer. For each Product, the Warranty Period can be found in the most current versions of the MaxLite Standard Limited Warranty and applicable.

You will need either the distributor/purchaser Purchase Order(s) (PO) to MaxLite AND the distributor/purchaser account number, OR the MaxLite invoice number(s) to the distributor/purchaser, OR the MaxLite sales order number(s) to the distributor/purchaser in order to register your warranty. Providing one of these numbers will automatically bring up all of the products purchased under these documents and ensure that it will be easy to determine coverage in the future.


Identify which products (or all) are associated with this installation. Note that all products purchased may not be eligible for a Ten-Year warranty and labor allowance.
